Back to Projects

Oregon Eligibility Partnership Transition Services

In partnership with Alvarez and Marsal, PPI supported organizational development, change management, and communication services to support Oregon Department of Human Services in transitioning all eligibility and supporting positions to the new Oregon Eligibility Partnership. The goal of the change effort was to provide more efficient, equitable, and consistent eligibility services to people in Oregon.

Human Services and Resource Allocation Development for Teton County, WY

Teton County and the Town of Jackson enlisted PPI to provide strategic direction for community planning and prioritization and inform future funding decisions. The resulting Human Service and Resource Allocation plan translated community input into recommendations for a dynamic funding environment.

Yamhill County Needs and Opportunities Assessment

PPI completed the Yamhill County Needs and Opportunity Assessment for the Oregon Community Foundation to identify current economic and social challenges and strengths in the community, articulate gaps in nonprofit services, and describe the efficacy and opportunities for growth of existing organization and partnerships currently addressing local needs.

Human Services Outcome Measurement Planning for Santa Monica, CA

Under subcontract with Canavan Associates, PPI has worked with the Human Services Division of Santa Monica to articulate an outcome measurement system that enables the city to track progress against goals, target assistance, and refine resource allocation. The process involved public community workshops and focus groups to identify community outcomes, and technical assistance to build staff capacity to implement a robust measurement system.

Community Indicators

Under subcontract to Parsons Consulting, PPI has contributed to multiple community indicators reports intended to identify and communicate local and regional strengths, opportunities, and progress. Indicator reporting and analysis includes current and historical data on demographic, housing, health, educational and economic indicators, and their impact on individual and community wellbeing.
